I typically work with all ages and especially love working with newly engaged couples, teens, college-aged individuals, and people who are in life transitions. I am open to working with anyone who is looking to increase their awareness and unlock their potential.
My approach
Together, my clients and I will collaborate on setting goals together and engage with them in a supportive way as a guide and soundboard. I am trained in CBT and use Solution-focused, Narrative, and Adlerian techniques.
