My journey to mental healthcare

I am a dedicated behavioral health professional. My experience includes work as a Psychotherapist, Program Director, Manager/Supervisor of Clinical Services, Adjunct Professor, Consultant, and Clinical Supervisor. I have direct practice experience with individuals, families, couples, and group work.

I work collaboratively with you to identify what matters most and create a clear path forward. We'll break down larger goals into manageable steps, celebrate progress along the way, and adjust our approach as needed to ensure you feel supported and empowered.

Our first session

In our first session, we'll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brings you to therapy. I'll ask about your current concerns, your goals, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This is also your opportunity to ask questions and see if we're a good fit.
