My journey to mental healthcare

I became compassionate about helping others at day one of becoming a social worker, and seeing the positive changes that occur in the lives of those I work with. There is no better feeling than helping others.

My goals for you

I see the therapeutic relationship as a collaboration of needs with effective, compassionate professional help. My job is to form a mutually agreed-upon treatment plan and provide encouragement and guidance to achieve those goals.

My goal in our first session is to get to know each other, establish a treatment plan, and build a trusting, friendly, and comfortable rapport.
