My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I genuinely enjoy connecting with people and supporting them through difficult times. Helping individuals work toward resolution and growth is deeply rewarding to me.

As we conclude our initial session, my approach to goal setting with clients is to have a discussion to gain clarity on the outcome they wish to see during their time in therapy. As we develop the therapeutic trusting relationship, we will be addressing your issues and monitoring your progress.
