My approach is mostly based on Cognitive Behavior Therapy. However, I sometimes use interventions and strategies from other evidence-based modalities such as Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Dialectical Behavior Therapy if I feel it may be beneficial in treatment.
