I work with individuals, families, and groups across diverse settings. I've had the joy of teaching and training clinicians while maintaining a deep commitment to helping people heal and grow.

My focus

I primarily work with adults, older adolescents, and young adults. My interests include body-based approaches to healing trauma, somatic experiencing, teaching skills to regulate the nervous system, and outdoor, art, and group experiential therapy.

I approach therapy from a humanistic and client-centered perspective with unconditional positive regard. I believe in helping you find compassion and grace for yourself and your experiences, supporting you to become the best version of yourself.

I tend to be informal and conversational, fostering a nurturing and comfortable environment where you can receive therapy without judgment or shame.

My journey to mental healthcare

I became a therapist because I've always had a knack for helping people feel less alone and more understood. One of the biggest honors has been bearing witness to human healing and growth. I believe in the power of connection, compassion, and community.
