My communication style is calm, clear, and respectful. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel comfortable asking questions and sharing concerns. I communicate openly, explain options in plain language, and value honest, collaborative conversations throughout treatment.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey into mental health began through years of frontline nursing and care coordination, where I saw how deeply mental health impacts overall well-being. I was drawn to psychiatry to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care and support people through challenging moments with compassion, stability, and respect.

My goals for you

I help clients set clear, realistic goals by first understanding what matters most to them. Together, we break goals into manageable steps and use medication management, monitoring, and ongoing check-ins to track progress. I adjust treatment thoughtfully to support steady, meaningful improvement over time.

Our first session

In our first session, I focus on getting to know you, your concerns, and what you hope to achieve from treatment. We’ll review your symptoms, history, and any prior treatment, and discuss medication options if appropriate. My goal is to create a calm, supportive space and a clear plan for next steps.
