My approach is to listen and treat you with respect and meet you where you are at each time we meet. We may be ready to jump in and work on goals, and other days we may just need to connect and process life.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey has had several paths, including being a rehabilitation counselor, foster care worker, and a social worker who helped families navigate behavioral challenges. I also have family members who have a personal experience with ADHD, chronic illness, and mental health challenges that allow me to observe the impact on navigating life.
