My focus area is all types of losses and processing complex grief. I utilize various techniques that are appropriate to clients' needs and growth.
My focus
I have assisted clients who struggle with unhealthy body image, chronic trauma, loss of loved ones, losses that are non-death related, depression, anxiety, and miscarriages. I also provide psychoeducation to caregivers by increasing their level of awareness of presenting symptoms.
My approach
I provide group therapy services to individuals and am available for in-person sessions. I use approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused, behavioral therapy, healing through grief, and emotional focus.
