My journey to mental healthcare

My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own experiences of grief and loss. Those seasons of pain taught me how deeply we can hurt—and how much it means to feel seen, heard, and supported. I'm passionate about walking with women through life's hardest moments, offering hope and helping ease emotional pain.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting with clients as a collaborative journey. Together, we co-create goals that feel meaningful, realistic, and aligned with your values. I believe you are the expert of your life, and my role is to walk alongside you, offering support, perspective, and encouragement as you move towards the life you want.

Our first session

We will start by talking about what brings you in and what you're hoping to get out of therapy. I'll ask some questions to better understand your experiences, strengths, and any challenges you are facing. This is also a chance for you to ask me questions and get a feel for how I work.
