My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist grew from a deep respect for resilience and the power of safe connection. I’ve witnessed how unprocessed pain can shape lives and how compassionate support can transform them. I’m driven by a desire to help people feel seen, understood, and capable of meaningful change.

My goals for you

I help clients clarify what meaningful change looks like for them and break that vision into realistic, measurable steps. We identify patterns that interfere with progress, build specific skills to address them, and regularly check in on growth. I integrate structured interventions with reflection so goals feel actionable, not abstract.

Our first session

Our first session is a thoughtful, structured conversation where I learn about your current concerns, history, and what brings you to therapy now. We’ll clarify goals, discuss what’s worked or not in the past, and begin identifying patterns. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of direction and what our work together will look like moving forward.
