My passion is working with children to support them in understanding their emotions, learning skills, and strengthening relationships. I emphasize building a safe and trusting relationship that is also playful and fun to meet the child where they're at, begin healing, and make progress towards goals.
My focus
I work with children ranging from 0-12 years old and can support them with anxiety, depression, anger management, mood disorders, divorce, trauma, family conflict, and abuse.
My approach
I am certified in Child-Parent Psychotherapy as well as Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and depending on the child and family either take a more directive approach or follow the child's lead.
