My passion for helping others started when I was young. Through life experiences and challenges, I discovered the importance of emotional well-being in our daily lives. I have experience in direct client care.

My goals for you

Goals start with you. We will explore why you want to start or resume your therapy journey. The goals we collaboratively create will be realistic and attainable. It is important to remember that your goals may change as your needs change.

Our first session

During our first session, there will be an overview of informed consent. We will then have introductions to each other. There will be questions about what brought you here, expectations, treatment history, and life experiences, including childhood and family dynamics. Let's get to know each other!
