I help anyone looking to navigate these issues, learn new skills, and center themselves to seek the growth needed to move through life.

My approach is client-driven. I strive to make sure you feel heard, seen, and have the opportunity to experience growth. I often use Gestalt, Existential, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches, varying based on your needs and what's best for your growth.

My communication style is always client-centered. I allow you to find your level of comfort so you can be engaged in your healing. I'm personable but also spend time listening so you feel heard and supported. I create a judgment-free zone where you feel validated in your thoughts and feelings.

My journey to mental healthcare

Growing up, therapy was never seen as a viable option. Over the years, I've seen the transformations therapists can have when individuals are dedicated to treatment. I wanted to help anyone dedicated to becoming their best selves learn healthy and practical techniques to change their lives for the better.

Our first meeting will consist of me getting to know you and answering any questions you have about me. We'll focus on you, your goals, and what you'd like from our time together. It's also a time to discuss what you're feeling and explore ways I can assist you in reaching your goals.
