My journey to mental healthcare

I have a background in public and private mental health entities, inpatient and outpatient services. I have worked in public mental health for over two decades, first as a medical case manager, mental health coordinator, and for 15 years as a psychotherapist. My area of specialty is delivering Virtual mental.

My goals for you

As the client, I work with you to determine what goal you want to reach. Then, together, we design a treatment plan to reach that goal.

Our first session

We will talk so I can hear your story as we complete your intake form. Finish the first session by completing your treatment plan collaboratively, and then we will schedule your return appointments.
