Hi there, I'm Brian!
I have been a licensed therapist and counselor for over 35 years, working with individuals, couples, families, and children from 8 to 18. I have worked in outpatient clinics, day treatment, and residential settings. Most recently, I worked for 26 years treating adults, couples, and families with teens with mental health and substance use issues.

If something is troubling you in your relationships, or you are feeling something is missing in your life and want a better sense of fulfillment or peace, I would like to help. Maybe you're trying to find better ways to cope with your frustrations or find acceptance of the things you can’t change.

By creating a safe place where you can feel understood, I hope to help make it a little easier to trust, to be open, and be willing to make the changes you want or need.
