I’m a bilingual (Spanish) Latinx therapist with nearly 15 years of experience. I take a holistic approach and incorporate humanistic and attachment-based perspectives. I aim to create a space where you feel safe and understood as we build insight and more secure ways of relating.

I enjoy supporting women across different life stages who are navigating daily stress, anxiety, and mild to moderate depression. I often work with clients who are struggling with relationship stress, people-pleasing, or patterns that impact their sense of self.

I use a humanistic and attachment-based approach to help you reconnect with yourself and move toward a more balanced life. I create a safe, compassionate space where you feel seen and understood. Together, we build insight, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop more secure ways of relating.
