I am a first-generation Fil-Am therapist. I primarily work in geriatrics, supporting older adults at all stages of aging, family caregivers at risk of burnout, and those navigating healthcare. My passion is connecting with clients who want to live genuinely and authentically.
My focus
I work with people seeking personal growth who deal with depression, anxiety, difficulty taking the first step, or negative self-talk. My clients independently work to boost their confidence and self-worth, or develop a sense of self apart from socialized norms.
My approach
When a client practices mindfulness with their thoughts, change can happen. I've observed improved mood and self-esteem, utilization of support systems, and action towards change. Clients can often identify ruminating thoughts and life stressors, and together we work to shift those patterns.
