I've been a confidant to people my whole life. People feel at ease discussing what's going on in their lives with me and have been receptive to guidance that helps them move forward.

I approach goal setting by building on the successes of small, manageable goals that lead to the long-term goals I encourage clients to set.

Our first session

The first session is to understand the issues you're facing. You can expect me to listen and ask follow-up questions to gain perspective on what brings you to therapy.
