I communicate with compassion, honesty and respect. While I provide a supportive environment I also gently challenge unhelpful patterns and encourage self reflection to promote growth and lasting change. My goal is to help you gain practical skills and confidence while feeling supported every step of the way.

My journey to mental healthcare

My passion to be a therapist grew from a deep appreciation for the strength and resilience people demonstrates during difficult times. Becoming a therapist has allowed me to combine compassion with evidence based practice to help individuals navigate challenges, gain insight and acheive personal growth.

My goals for you

I help clients make progress by combining evidence based approaches with practical tools that can be applied in everyday life. Together we will identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience and develop strategies to improve emotional well being, relationships and overall quality of life.

Our first session

The first session will be about understanding your story. We will explore your challenges, discuss your strengths and identify what you want to gain from therapy. By the end of our session we will have a clearer understanding of your goals and the next steps in your therapeutic journey.
