My journey to mental healthcare

My lived experiences with mental health, along with years in youth advocacy, school-based social work, and restorative justice, shaped my path. Working across community and clinical spaces deepened my commitment to healing-centered and socially aware care. Private practice allows me to offer this work with intention and depth.
