My approach

I integrate CBT, ERP, person-centered, and psychodynamic approaches. I help clients challenge unhelpful thoughts, face fears, and build coping skills while providing empathy and support. I also explore deeper patterns and early experiences to promote insight, growth, and lasting change

My communication style

I like to provide a calming and open style. Make you feel welcoming to share what you feel comfortable to share. I like to lighten the mood and use sarcasm when appropriate.

My journey to mental healthcare

I pursued becoming a therapist to help others overcome stigmas and past trauma experiences. I have always been told I have a welcoming personality to talk too. I decided to use my previous work history and personal values to help others.
