My style is warm and collaborative—I bring authenticity, empathy, and honest feedback into the room. I genuinely value feedback, often inviting it to ensure our work together meets your needs.

My journey to mental healthcare

My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t exactly a straight line—it took a few meaningful turns. I originally majored in technical theater because I loved collaborating with directors and actors to bring stories to life on stage. I was especially drawn to exploring character motivation and really diving into what made each character tick.

My goals for you

Goal-setting in therapy is a collaborative, client-led process. You're not here to work on what I think you should—you’re here for YOU. While I may ask clarifying questions to better understand your experiences, I trust that people come to therapy for a reason, and that reason often becomes our starting point.

Our first session

In our first session, I’ll take some time to introduce myself, go over any important information, and complete an intake assessment. This assessment helps me better understand what’s bringing you to therapy and how therapy might be able to best support you in meeting your needs.
