Hi there, I'm Frances!

I received my degree in the US, and I was raised in Mexico. My main focus is for my patients to have a high quality of life, function well, process trauma, and feel good about themselves and the life that they're living.

My focus

I have worked with patients struggling with various addictions, from eating disorders to chemical addictions, including individuals with dual disorders such as mental health conditions combined with chemical addictions. I have also worked with individuals who have experienced various traumas throughout their lives.

My approach

My therapeutic approaches vacillate from insight-oriented therapy from a psychodynamic perspective, motivational interviewing addressing internal and behavioral changes, a dual diagnosis perspective, trauma-focused therapy, certified in EMDR and Internal Family Systems.
