Hi there, I'm Alea!

I am committed to a life of learning, healing, and advocacy. My therapeutic work is grounded in building strong relationships, building on people’s strengths, and finding creative ways to increase people’s sense of safety and belongingness.

My focus

I work with adults of all ages to help strengthen their self-awareness, self-love, and peace of mind. I recognize that people are innately doing their best to live freely, and often circumstances, societal pressures, and marginalization lead to distress and self-doubt. Together, we'll examine your contexts, sit with pain, and experience relief.

My approach

My intention is to hold space for people to fully explore their social and emotional experiences. I seek to be curious, open, and affirming to allow for deep reflection. By making ample space to feel through suffering, confusion, and uncertainty, I believe people can find confidence, strength, and clarity.
