I work with clients experiencing emotional dysregulation, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I have experience treating military Veterans. My goal is to provide psychoeducation that helps you live in the present and develop skills to improve psychological flexibility, communication, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.
My approach
I customize treatment plans based on your needs and priorities. I work within DBT components—mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, distress tolerance, and emotional regulation—and utilize ACT to build psychological flexibility. My goal is to help you understand yourself better and develop skills for competent, skilled behavior.
