My communication style

I bring authenticity to our work together. I'm both supportive and direct as appropriate, meeting you where you are. Providing a safe space for you to be yourself is crucial to healing. We work collaboratively to help you achieve your best self.

My journey to mental healthcare

My journey began with a desire to provide a healing space for helpers and healers. I've had the privilege to work with diverse clients, addressing trauma including chronic and complex trauma, as well as anxiety and grief. I look forward to continuing to serve clients in whatever capacity works best for them.

My goals for you

Therapy is always collaborative. Early on, we discuss goals that are important to you. I believe in being a guide on your journey, not dictating what you need. You are the only one who truly knows what your goals are and what direction you'd like to head in.

Our first session

During our first sessions, we're getting to know each other. I set the tone to be an open, safe space that allows you to be honest. We'll explore past and present experiences to help guide how we move forward. Initially, we'll determine your needs. I'm also an open book and encourage you to ask any questions.
