I have endeavored to be a therapist since my teenage years. I was personally impacted when I received counseling as a young adult, and I wanted to help others similarly.

Our first session

A warm and welcome greeting, discussion of the process of therapy and counseling, limits of confidentiality, and discussion on the history of issue and reasons for seeking counseling, while establishing therapeutic relationship and building rapport.
