Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of conditions. I have worked with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorders, and Personality Disorders. I hold a Doctorate Certification in Addictions, Dual Diagnosis, and Adjustment Disorders, as well as extensive work with Combat Veterans.
My approach
I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, a solutions-oriented approach that focuses on the present and helps manage depression and anxiety by changing negative thought patterns and behaviors. I also use Rational Emotive Therapy, which helps identify and replace irrational beliefs with rational ones.
