I've been in practice for 20 years, and I work with individuals and couples. My approach is very interactive in the discovery of what is holding a person back and creating a path forward.
My focus
I work with clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, work-related issues, childhood trauma issues, grief/loss issues, low self-esteem issues, phase of life issues, and PTSD.
My approach
The methods I use are Somatic Experiencing Therapy, Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy, Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy, PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy), Relational Life Therapy, and Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Therapy for Couples.
