Hi there, I'm Breanne!

In my therapeutic approach, I integrate a holistic, body-centered practice as a trained somatic practitioner and depth therapist. I am also trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, helping empower clients with skills to manage or regulate emotions, live mindfully, improve relationships, and cope with difficult life moments.

My focus

I work primarily with anxiety and depression, and grief. I also specialize in postpartum depression and anxiety.

My approach

I work collaboratively with clients, creating treatment plans together within a psychodynamic and relational framework. Connection and relationship are most important in my work. I work organically, meeting clients where they are each session while keeping treatment goals in mind.
