My communication style

My goal is to create a safe space for you to engage in treatment. I am direct and warm with all I serve. For children and teens, I work only in person and adapt the environment to meet their needs. For adults, I work mostly virtually or by audio, with some in-person appointments available.

My journey to mental healthcare

I began working in human services forty years ago, always focused on being part of the journey others experience in life. Throughout the years, I've worked with individuals from various walks of life, and the common thread has been the need for therapeutic services. That's where I drew my direction from.

My goals for you

When we establish a therapeutic relationship, we'll assess your needs together and regularly reassess your goals. For younger clients, I ask for input from significant parties before beginning therapy. We'll work collaboratively to ensure you're moving toward the outcomes that matter most to you.

Our first session

The first session is a free fifteen-minute consultation. The session following will ensure all elements of treatment are understood and in place. Once we begin, I'll assess your needs and create a goal plan with you. We'll set future sessions and establish a working schedule for moving forward.
