I am an integrative therapist, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I embrace these approaches because I believe in learning to challenge and change negative thinking patterns, building skills for emotional regulation, and learning to live in alignment with your values.

I have an empathic and supportive background that created a path to becoming a therapist. Through my different experiences in the helping field, I have been able to help others navigate life's challenges, embrace changes, and move into an authentic and meaningful chapter of their story.
