Hi there, I'm Kristin!

I am a therapist who has had the joy of working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, geriatric, crisis/first responder, and military populations.

My focus

My focus areas are anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, job stress, and codependency. My genuine passion is working with military service members and their families, as well as law enforcement and first responder populations. At this time, I'm only seeing adults.

My approach

I integrate the perspective of resiliency and take a strength-based approach to inspire change. My specialization is in treating individuals who suffer from symptoms of trauma. I use a combination of modalities, including body-based therapy and talk therapy.
