My communication style is direct, and I do not shy away from having hard conversations. I will work with you on finding your voice and setting healthy boundaries.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have always been passionate about helping others heal. I first started my journey with an interest in helping others struggling with grief which led me to a career in Mortuary Science. I soon discovered I was capable of providing more to the families in their healing process. I decided to return to school to become a therapist.

My goals for you

I take a direct approach to setting goals with clients and exploring barriers and challenges. I will work with you to find creative ways to organize goals in manageable portions to promote success, empowerment, and a high sense of self-worth.

Our first session

In the first session, we will work on discovering what your needs are and developing a treatment plan together. We will discuss what you want from treatment and what you would like to accomplish on your mental health journey.
