I have worked in the mental health field for 10+ years and am passionate about working with adults with a history of trauma, grief, and loss, and individuals having challenges dealing with life transitions (ending relationships, new career, grief, etc.).
My focus
I work with high-functioning clients who appear to have it together on the outside but feel like their inner world is falling apart. Often there's a deep-rooted issue creating barriers to moving forward in life, relationships, or careers. I commonly treat depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar disorders, and cognitive concerns.

My approach is relatable, authentic, and focused on helping you heal and become your best self. I hold clients accountable to their growth by asking thought-provoking and sometimes challenging questions. We achieve this through laughter, tough discussions, and mutual respect.
