I am glad you are here! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California with an MA in Counseling Psychology. Since 2016, I have worked with culturally diverse individuals, couples, and families of all ages who are encountering life's challenges.
My focus
I work with individuals, couples, families, and minors ages 13-17. My specialties include adoption, anxiety, behavioral issues, depression, divorce, OCD, personality disorders, sexual abuse, trauma/PTSD, women's issues, and pregnancy/prenatal/postpartum concerns.
My approach
I use a combination of Psychoanalytic Theory, Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, Experiential Therapy, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients identify and solve challenging issues. I also incorporate meditation, mindfulness, deep breathing, Yoga, and Pilates to bring you back to your center.
