I specialize in supporting those who struggle to manage out-of-control and problematic sexual behaviors that are causing physical, emotional, or relational distress.
My approach
I integrate my experience in CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy), and Motivational Interviewing with a client-centered approach and insight-based psychotherapy approaches.
