The therapeutic relationship is one that I hold close to my heart, as it is a piece of the puzzle that allowed me to flourish into my true self. I know firsthand what it is like to struggle and feel as though the obstacles ahead appear to be near impossible, whether big or small.

I am experienced in working with individuals of all ages, including adolescents, adults, elderly adults, couples, and I enjoy supporting clients who are going through or seeking help with a variety of concerns.

My approach to therapy is tailored to the unique and sacred personal stories of every client, and is based primarily in person-centered, attachment, narrative, and psychodynamic modalities. I consider my approach to be eclectic, as therapy is never a “one size fits all.”
