Have you ever been worried or had anxious thoughts that frustrate you to the point where you wonder if you’ll ever get over them? At times, do you feel depressed and as if life is futile? Are any of your relationships with family or friends difficult? I’ve walked that road, and many others, with my clients, and I’d like to help you.
My focus
I work with adults dealing with stressors from both the past and present. Most often, these manifest as problems with stress, family and relational issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
My approach
People’s lives interest me, and you would be no exception. While my work is based upon individual client needs, often I use a psychodynamic approach to help clients better understand what in their family of origin makes them who they are today. My work also includes ego-supportive therapy.
