My journey to mental healthcare

I was attracted to therapy because I wanted to help those in need and make a difference in their lives. I take pride in advocating and supporting those who are not able to do it for themselves. I'm passionate about helping clients develop coping skills and problem-solving strategies to manage daily stressors and past trauma.

My goals for you

I approach goal setting by working collaboratively to develop a personalized goal. I believe that by doing so, it helps you stay focused on your goal, boosts your confidence, and gives you a sense of purpose.
