I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, feel more grounded, and create meaningful change. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel stuck, burned out, or disconnected. I offer a supportive space that balances compassion with thoughtful challenge.

I work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, burnout, grief, life transitions, and identity concerns. Therapy is a place to reflect, build awareness, and develop tools that support clarity, resilience, and forward movement.

My work is trauma-informed and collaborative, integrating EMDR, Brainspotting, CBT, and solution-focused therapy. I tailor treatment to your needs, with an emphasis on insight, nervous system regulation, and practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change both in and outside of sessions.
