I am an Army veteran comfortable working with veterans, first responders, police, firefighters, and other first-line trauma workers.

My focus

I am a holistic, patient-centered provider dedicated to supporting clients on their journey to healing. I have extensive experience treating trauma, post-traumatic conditions, depressive disorders, and persistent suicidality.

My approach

I take a conservative approach to medication management, prioritizing the lowest effective dose whenever possible. I also incorporate motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques, including meditation, to support clients in achieving their goals.

My communication style

I believe communication is key. I attempt to create a calm, comfortable environment so that clients are more at ease in discussing difficult emotions and symptoms. I also attempt to listen to what is being described and focus on solutions.

Our first session

To ensure we have a productive first visit, please fill out your intake form in advance! During our first visit, we will complete a full mental health assessment. There will be lots of questions, especially regarding your medical and mental health history. Working together to determine an accurate diagnosis and treatment plan is important.
