I assist adults, couples, and families navigating identity, relationships, trauma, thoughts of suicide, multi-cultural and generational spaces, and faith. I collaborate with clients to address identity issues while increasing awareness about unidentified patterns, coping skills, and practical tools to manage symptoms and overcome barriers.
My focus
I see clients experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and difficulty finding purpose or reaching potential. These clients are often unaware of patterns and belief systems stemming from unresolved childhood experiences and were not given proper tools or support during childhood to excel in life.

I use a holistic, strengths-based, collaborative approach to help you identify and reach your goals, feel confident in your potential, and discover lasting healing through talk therapy and practical tools. I treat each client as a unique individual with specific needs and a story that needs to be acknowledged.
