I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in San Diego. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, body image concerns, substance use, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I offer compassionate, individualized care where we can explore what’s bringing you in and work toward meaningful change.

Many are navigating relationship stress, body image concerns, substance use, identity exploration, or questions about their direction. I help clients clarify what matters most and make intentional choices aligned with their values.

My work is guided by an integrative approach grounded in CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, and motivational interviewing. Whether you’re looking for structured guidance or room to process more freely, we’ll tailor our work to your needs while developing insight and skills to help you manage life’s challenges.

My style is warm, collaborative, and direct. I balance thoughtful listening with honest feedback and guidance when helpful. I aim to create a space where you feel heard and supported, and when appropriate, I incorporate humor to foster connection and new perspectives.

Our first session

Starting therapy takes vulnerability. In our first session, we’ll go at your pace as we discuss what brought you in, relevant history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. I may ask more questions than usual, but you’re in control of what you’re ready to share. My hope is that you leave feeling heard, lighter, and hopeful.
