My communication style

I listen to my clients, genuinely engage, provide psychoeducational support, and help my clients realize, see, discover, learn, find, ascertain, and understand things they need. I also assign homework and/or skills to practice to ensure my client works towards their treatment goals. I look forward to meeting with you.

My journey to mental healthcare

I have been practicing for 20 years and can't see myself doing anything else. I enjoy working directly with people and helping them improve their functioning, relationships, and feel better about themselves.

My goals for you

I help you identify your concerns and develop treatment goals to reduce or eliminate symptoms that impair your functioning. I start each session by asking what you'd like to work on that day, using approaches tailored to meet your needs.

Our first session

My initial session focuses on getting to know you and you getting to know me. I listen to your concerns and want you to feel heard and leave our first session feeling hopeful.
