My approach is strength-based in an effort to empower and help maximize the human potential in healing the mind, body, and spirit.

My focus

I have experience working with adults, children, couples, and family relationship issues. I empower clients to mitigate symptoms surrounding life stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am Bi-lingual in English and Spanish and serve both populations.

I have experience working in the mental health field, including the following sectors: Private, County, School District, Psychiatric Hospital, Faith-Based, and as an Independent Contractor.

Regarding goal setting, I work in tandem with the client to identify their needs, strengths, stressors, roadblocks, and provide psycho-education and coping skills in an effort to establish a viable treatment plan.
