My focus
I work with adolescents and adults. My specialties include helping with anxiety, depression, insomnia, self-esteem, women's issues, stress, spirituality, and LGBTQIA+ concerns. I also provide career counseling and help with developing coping skills and overcoming codependency.
My approach
I use a holistic approach that focuses on the client's mind, body, and spirit. I offer Jungian dreamwork to those interested. I use evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness. I tailor therapy to each client's individual needs.
