My focus
I have expertise working with college-age students and clients of all ages navigating depression, anxiety, stress, and relational concerns. I also work with clients exploring identity development, including sexual orientation, gender identity, and gender expression.
My approach
I work from a client-centered approach, meeting clients where they are and working collaboratively toward a valued life. Many of the interventions I use are behaviorally oriented, so clients can act in accordance with their values.
