I have such respect and admiration for my clients because seeking therapy is very courageous. My goal for your therapy journey is to develop a relationship where you can feel trust so that you can become your authentic self.

I have expertise in treating depression/anxiety disorders, addiction, grief/loss, infertility, trauma, and relationship conflicts. I typically use a combination of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic therapies, depending on your needs and goals.

My therapeutic style is very eclectic and versatile. I want to provide a warm environment for you to feel better and grow. I specialize in treating you as a person and starting in a place where you are comfortable while adjusting to your needs as we move forward.

I communicate in a soft and reflective tone. I try to make the therapeutic environment warm and safe. I want you to feel comfortable expressing yourself authentically.

My journey to mental healthcare

I've always had a desire to be a therapist. I have had training in EMDR, CBT, Mindfulness, and Psychodynamic therapies. I continue to take coursework to improve my skills so that I can be current on the most recent treatment strategies. I truly care about my clients, and when growth happens, I feel honored to be part of that process with you.

In our first session together, I will work with you to fully understand your goals for therapy. We continue to revisit your goals during our work together. We will start where you are and work towards where you would like to be in your life.
